WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY BAG DIRTY?

We know that your leather bag may get dirty at times, we suggest using a small bristle brush remove the dirt on the leather surface at first, and wipe the area gently with a slightly damp, soft, colour-free lint cloth, (not water it directly). Let it dry naturally. Do not use abrasive cleansers to the leather.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BAG GETS WET?

We understand that sometimes wet weather is hard to avoid. If you get caught in the rain, try to dry the leather bag as soon as you can. Wipe the water off your leather with a dry soft cloth and let it air dry at room temperature. Never dry your leather near a heat source, e.g. blow-dry. If small welts form after rain exposure, place your bag on a windowsill under sunlight for a 2-3 hours to help evaporate the water out of the skin and then massage gently with your fingers to even out the surface. We recommend trying to avoid heavy rainfall.

HOW DO I PROTECT MY BAG? 

It is not necessary to protect your bag before wear, however, we suggest having dark colour apparel for the first few times to avoid colour transition embarrassment. Considered of quality leather, bags take on their own character with time and use; like expressions of growth lines, subtle scars and a certain softness inherent to the unstructured nature of many leather pieces. As owner of the leather bag, you can influence this ageing process in line with your personal taste. If you prefer to embrace a classic aged-leather look, exposing your bag to sunlight regularly and embracing the changes of weather, activity and carefree use will cultivate this effect; but if you prefer to protect your bag from ageing for as long as possible, avoid exposing it consistently to harsh light, stow it in its dust bag when not in use and use a quality leather protectant. Leather has it elasticity and naturally stretches after use; but it will not contract again. To keep in shape of your bag, please do not overload it.
